I wrote A Maverick Investors Guidebook while on this trip. I rode southwesterly from Toronto into the U.S. through mountains, plains, and desert to California, then up the coastal highway to Oregon; through Utah and Wyoming to arrive just in time for the annual Sturgis motorcycle rally in South Dakota. From there over the Great Lakes back to Toronto. Quite the haul, it was about a month on the road (I wasn’t in any hurry) and roughly 10,000 miles. Below are pics of the incredible scenery – always best appreciated on a Harley.
